All of us have this craving to munch on something just before lunch or may be during the evening time which is also called as snacking time. And while being in office we always have this go to colleague who always has these munchies in his drawer.

so a office colleague got me these snacks from evolve while i was hitting his desk almost every other day and then cribbing that is not healthy , and i know that but still having all this. So when this went on for quite a few days, these are some healthy munchies which were ordered for me.

So let me just talk about each of these products

The phytonutrients and antioxidants in apples may reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes and heart disease.

   

2. Evolve Chatpata Fruit mix – Now this is a interesting combination of fruits with a chatpata taste , you can say dried form of a fruit chat. The ingredients had black pepper, cumin seeds, mango, pineapple , papaya, strawberry , apple , blackgrapes.  and getting on to its Health benefits, fruits keeps your cholestrol in check , burns additional calories helping in weight loss ,regulates diabetes, promotes good eyesight, acts as a skin cleanser and aids concentration and memory. definitely a needed snacks in office. But i could not get if this had a syrup that added to the sweetness or it was the  fructose of the fruits.

   

3. Digestion Aid : Chatpata Amla : Now who doesn’t know of the benefits of Amla. this pack had a chatpata digestive amla candies just a perfect pick for after food sweeteners acting as partial desserts. Ingredients said dried amla but it was sweet and chatpata in taste so i assume it had chat masala & sugar syrup added to it for preservation. Amla provides remedies for many diseases thats why is widely used in ayurvedic preparations. Referred as gooseberry in english is very rich in vit c, many minerals & vitamin B complex.its a powerful antioxidants.

   

Not sure whether i can call them snacks but for sure they are a quick fix for small office hungers and the pack size which i got all under 100 grams were just a perfect pick for your office drawers. and off course the taste is also very very palatable to lift your mood.
