#GujRAjPlatter – #longpostalert That's a special curated platter by @eventia.kitchen By @food_cousins with the help of the most amazing @chatpati_shikha , is now delivered across Delhi NCR. The best part about the menu that @eventia.kitchen Is doing is that everything is limited menu and changes quite often so by the time you may check out this may be gone as it's #ganeshchaturthi #Special menu So let me share what all it had #Dabeli – I always loved this dish whenever I have been to Maharastra and Gujarat and one time I definitely try it out too. This one here came with nicely made #Dabeli & Add ons like the Masala in a cute little Ginnie bottle & Dabeli garnish of perfectly spiced nuts & complimented with #kothmirwadi ☘️follow @food2go4 ☘️ #puranpoli : If it's Not this what else cud remind me of that sweet tasty version of our Parantha that's stuffed , soft & Savory. 2 full size #puranpoli😋 was absolute bliss. ☘️follow @food2go4 ☘️ #MethiThepla – If you love #gujarat & #gujaratifood First thing that comes to your mind is #Thepla Right, so how come this platter not have that. This came loaded with thin , spicy and loaded with lots of methi ☘️follow @food2go4 ☘️ #LehsunChutney : something that you can keep relishing even after the platter is over. Well this has a very strong flavor of #Garlic ,if you don't like garlic you might not be able to handle it. ☘️follow @food2go4 ☘️ #shrikhand – I was not a great fan of #Shrikhand earlier but I aquired the taste for it while visiting few cities in Gujarat and now I love it. The one that came with platter was loaded with dry fruits and #saffron, lovely color and nice texture as it was in these earthen pots. ,☘️follow @food2go4 ☘️. #MirchiTipore: a person who loves spicy stuff can't say no to this…. Now my bigger challenge is to save some for myself and have it all by myself And all of this for just Rs. 700/- #ganpatibappamorya #ganpatispecial #gujaratifood #gujarati #FoodBlogging #bachkerehnababa #rajasthaniFood #foodie #foodieofinstagram #DelhiFood #Homedelivery

I have pretty much detailed the GujRaj platter in the post but herein would like to take you through this very well curated platter. Before i move to what all it had , I would like to highlight the price of this , any guesses.

Well all this is for Just Rs. 700/- yes you got me right ,thats a steal deal.

The best part about the menu that Eventia kitchen is doing is , everything is limited menu and changes quite often so by the time you may check this out chances are it may be gone as it’s #ganeshchaturthi#Special menu

So let me share what all it had
#Dabeli – I always loved this dish whenever I have been to Maharastra and Gujarat at least once I will definitely try it out. This one here came as partially made #Dabeli & with Add ons ,The Masala came in a cute little Ginnie bottle & Dabeli garnish of perfectly spiced nuts & complimented with #kothmirwadi in a box. The way everything was placed in this box was really nice, none of the ingredients running into each other or taking the flavor of other Ingredient.

Dabeli

#Puranpoli : If it’s Not this what else cud remind me of that sweet tasty version of our Parantha that’s stuffed , soft & Savoury. 2 full size #puranpoli😋 was absolute bliss. Stuffed to the core and very well made

#MethiThepla – If you love #gujarat & #gujaratifood ,First thing that comes to your mind is #Thepla Right. The Gujraj Platter came with the Methi Thepla thats apparently my favorite in thepla’s , refreshing taste of methi was outstanding. and you can make out by just touching how fresh these were like straight from the kitchen, This came loaded – spicy and with lots of methi – Just the way i like it.

#LehsunChutney : something that you can keep relishing even after the platter is over. Well this has a very strong flavor of #Garlic ,if you don’t like garlic you might not be able to handle it.

#Shrikhand – I was not a great fan of #Shrikhand earlier but I recently acquired the taste for it while visiting few cities in Gujarat and now I love it. The one that came with platter was loaded with dry fruits and #saffron that gave the Srikhand a lovely color and an amazing texture as it was in these earthen pots with very less water content and more creamy.

#MirchiTipore: a person who loves spicy stuff can’t say no to this…. Now my bigger challenge is to save some for myself and have it all by myself

# Papad Badii Malai – This is a gravy dish that comes in a box and you can have it with thepla or with normal chapati. I tried it with normal chapati and it was simply amazing, rich buttery gravy with perfectly crisp baddi.

Have you struggled at times to identify the dish when you have ordered a lot of stuff, well it’s not gonna happen with platter at all. The best part of this platter is it comes with a complete instruction manual & proper labelling of each and every item in the platter. And the packaging is done in a very hard cardboard box that will not let anything spill out.

So if you are planning to try the Gujraj platter before it’s out of stock you may connect with Eventia Kitchen and relish this sumptuous meal right from the comfort of your home.
