The Readers Cafe Indirapuram

If you are looking for a good cafe in Indirapuram then The Reader’s cafe is just your kind of place right in the heart of Indirapuram, yes It’s at Indirapuram habitat centre.

A place that is more than just a normal cafe, yes this is a book cafe with a stunning interior and what makes it more special is the menu with a combination of cuisines… Not limited like any other cafe to the finger food. So one can plan a lazy afternoon amidst the books or a detailed course meal for dinner with family.

The Book section has loads of books for across age groups which one can indulge into alongside a complete section where there are books for sale.

They keep hosting a lot of story telling sessions , book launches , meet and greet the author just to keep the audience engaged and promoting books and reading as a hobby.

I personally got a chance to attend one of such sessions with Author Rashmi Trivedi

And undoubtedly coffee and books any day is a perfect combination for me.

So this happens to be my go to place with my kids and they just love this place , we carry our colors and coloring books while they keep exploring the Picture books at this place. And it’s a great stress buster.

While I have already talked so much of the place now let’s move to food. At a cafe it’s criminal if one doesn’t order for coffee.

So here’s our coffee and the shakes for the kids from our order

The Mango shake and the Chocolate Oreo shake was full on loaded and a complete meal for the kids.

Clear Vegetable soup : when health plays on mind , one tends to pick everything healthy. And this soup was the perfect start of the healthy meal for dinner.

Falafel with Trio of Hummus : This is my favorite pick from the Mediterranean section and is always super filling. Ignore the Tikki deep fried else this is a great health food. And this is all the bread we had for dinner. priced at 330 ,this is absolutely value for money.

Cottage cheese steaks with Spinach sauce and Tomato Risotto : As I said healthy food played over my mind I was picking everything that’s loaded with health. And Spinach is definitely one of such ingredient.

The Cottage cheese steak was grilled so well that the entire dish got a very good taste. Tomato Risotto added the right kind of sweet and tangy taste to this combination.

Priced at 325/- this main course is one good pick for everyone who is dieting or excercing for it’s health quotient. And you don’t need to order anything.

Quinoa Salad : Quinoa has got it’s place in almost all the cafe menu as the health Salad. But very few places make it right that’s healthy and tasty.

What makes Quinoa salad more delectable is the ingredients. This had lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumber and onion all diced in small peices. Served with mustard dressing, pomegranate and a cherry on top this is yumm. Priced at 295/- is again a good pick from Salad

And a good meal should end with a great dessert.

Banana Cake Slice : if I have not spoken of their bakery items than this review is simply incomplete. Ordered this for kids and it was served with salted caramel syrup on the top and was yummy. Freshly baked cake was very soft and fluffy.

We always love having our time out at Readers cafe and this time the all Healthy food was something we just loved and a early dinner with all this was definitely fulfilling.

Service is amazing and atmosphere is so welcoming for kids. This is not a place for quick service like a fast food point , it’s a place to sit back relax and enjoy your time and slow down in the fast moving world. If you are in hurry just tell that while placing your order, they will serve quickly.

Address : 208-212, Indirapuram Habitat Centre, Ahinsa Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad
