Made in Punjab Cyberhub

I have visited Made in Punjab Noida once , and I really liked the food, so while I went to Made in Punjab Cyberhub, I repeated my old order as is to check the taste of Food at this place and it was exactly the same – Delicious and droolworthy.

It’s summers so I started with the famous Mango Lassi served with peda on top. If you visit a Punjabi restaurant and don’t have Lassi then it’s a crime in itself.

Starters have taken a very yummy twist here and what I call it as a desi tadka.

# Bun Chori : priced at Rs. 255/-, this is a burger with kachori as the Tikki in it and it is super tasty combination. Served with fried baby potatoes and mint chutney it’s a good pick

#Salad Pahlwan : priced at Rs. 155/- this Punjabi salad is very basic salad veggies – Carrot, onion, tomato spiced with red chilli and with Masala Chenna adding to a great taste. Definitely a healthy option to go for.

#Samosa Golmal : Priced at Rs. 155/- Samosa Golmal is a great way of presenting the street food -Samosa. This is almost made like aloo Tikki and has the similar presentation too. Tasted yummm with all that yogurt, chutneys and crispies.

Well that’s all about the starters now let’s move to main course. At this place I have 2 of my favorite dishes – one made of Palak ( Spinach) and other one is Gucci Pulab

#Lahsun Palak Chenna : Priced at Rs. 445/- , this is one amazing dish made of Palak which is normally a boring ingredient but not here. Shredded Palak is cooked in onion tomato masala , tempered with Garlic and served with fresh cheese.

#Gucci Pulav : Priced at Rs. 595/- one amoung the costliest vegetarian dish here. This is worth a try here. Made with Gucci Mushrooms stuffed with Paneer burjee , this Pulab is loaded with aroma of Desi ghee which is used in the preparation.

Well a Punjabi treat has to have a yummy Dessert. And this rasmali twist is the best Dessert story here and so is the name

#Ras Dates Malai : Ras Malai gets a desi twist here , Priced at Rs. 225/- The Ras Malai comes as a sandwich with filling of Dates Rabri and that adds a great taste to it. And off course it takes a but longer to finish it off too.

Overall a great experience of dinning and all the 3 dishes are my favorite and every time I visit this place I feel I will go for something else but I always end up placing the same order.
