When you have Quaker by your side to pump you up every morning with a happy and healthy breakfast options, mornings are a bit brighter then ever before. 5th Day of January and 2nd day of my Healthy breakfast after having committed myself to #GetRealFitChallenge.
Here I am with my day 2 of breakfast , handpicked from the health hamper that I got from Quaker Oats. Lets quickly have a look at the Hamper before we move on to health breakfast for today.
Day 2 of #GetRealFit Challenge
So today I picked the #Quakers #NutriUpma , this is yet again a pre done breakfast mix, all one needs to do is open it up and put it in hot boiling water ( water : Upma mix ratio 2:1).
On the pack Chef Vikas Khanna suggests to add 4 teaspoon of oil to the water before adding pre mix. But being a bit kind to myself on the calorie side of it I have given this tip a miss and boiled it in just water with regular stirring.
So whats the Food2go4 twist with Upma today. Well it’s simple and easy.
Here goes the ingredients of the twist
- Boiled egg – Cut horizontal in rings
- Tomato rings
- Green chillies cut in 2 peices.
And here it goes on my Upma to make it look whatever. But it’s loaded with a goodness of egg and health benefits of Quaker Oats Umpa. So nutrition bhi and taste bhi.
