Vapour Bar Exchange Gurugram 

True to its name it’s not just a bar but a bar exchange. While I was entering the Restaurant I could not understand why they have placed this bull here.

So when you are in the Bar area that’s when you get the entire concept. The entire bar is done with LED screens and scrollers marking the various fluctuating prices of the drinks and mocktails. And it keeps going up and down just like the stocks in stock market.

Very nicely done sitting to host bigger corporate tables and cozy corners for couples and a dedicated zone for the smokers. There is enough and more space for all kind of gatherings.

and off course the theme is followed to the core.

Started the afternoon in style with my favorite fruit drink – Mango queen,  it’s a Mocktail made with real mangoes and topped with whipped cream and Cherry’s

Coming on food,  had Onion rings, Dahi K sholey, crispy corns and papri chat in starters

Crispy Onion rings served with the in-house dip. A bit oily but that’s how it’s supposed to be.

Dahi K Sholey: Made with hunged curd wrapped in milky bread and is deep fried and is very crispy.

Crispy Chilly corn :  Crispy American corn tossed in chilli and bell peppers. Tasted great and was a big time pass as the quantity was good.

Papdi chaat : traditional Papdi were topped with curd and on the top of curd imly and mint chutney air made it look good and taste was nice too. Tangy and crispy.

Roasted tomato orange bisque: A tomato soup is my all time favorite pick. this one was slightly sweet & citrousy conjured with a bold combination of roasted tomatoes and orange zest was served with garlic bread toast.

Pao Bhaji : if you are dinning in the financial capital themed restaurant Authentic MUmbai style Pao bhaji toh Banti hai. And this came in style and was very well prepared.

This time I wasn’t feeling like having a dessert but Still asked for a blueberry cheese cake. And it turned to be really yumm.

Overall a good place to hangout at, and even the pricing is good too.
