Broccoli Salsd

20150205_071418     Here’s a easy way to consume broccoli if you are not a salad person Ingredients ( serves 2 )

  • Broccoli – 200gm (Cut in average size pieces)
  • Paneer – 200 gm ( cut in cubes )
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive

Preparation Take a Non stick Pan ( with lid), put 1 spoon of Olive Oil bring it to heat on sim gas , Add Sesame seeds to it. after a minute add Paneer cubes (Cottage cheese ) and Broccoli to it , and sprinkle salt over it. Lid the Pan. after every 2-4 minutes keep stirring for 12 minutes. when the Paneer cubes turn golden brown check the dish its ready to eat. You may add lemon juice and black pepper before you serve.   20150205_071418
