Ambarsariyan Food Festival at Leela Ambience East Delhi is Recreating the magic of Punjabi cuisine and culture, their Chef de Cuisine – Chef Satyabir Tyagi has bought back the flavours using the local spices and recipes to create this special menu. The perfect place to dine and pair
delicacies with the finest range of spirits available at Dilli 32.

So we came here for our anniversary celebration and the food had our heart for the simple fact that it had such a large variety of vegetarian options alongside the non veg options across starters and main course.
Our Drinks : If you scroll through the Ambarsariyan menu you will be pleasantly surprised to see the Desi drinks options from Pind da Chaach, chatti di Lassi, kaan ji Pakori, Banta ka Thanda , Mewe wali Thandai etc. We opted for Kaan ji that came with moong dal Pakori ( dumplings ) and was a perfect blend of spice and tanginess while the Pind da chaas had the local flavour of buttermilk. We loved the tang of mustard in the Kaanji and the moong dal dumpling soaked in Kaanji was outstanding.

Starting with the starters , the Kababs were too much to handle available in 2 options – Rajma Kabab and Corn Kabab in vegetarian options, super crispy and the size was almost 1& 1/2 times of the normal kabab size after all pind da kebab so large toh hoga hi.

Another thing that we had for our love for Paneer – Achaar da Paneer and it was delicious

Now we are talking Ambarsariyan and not having the season’s special – Makke Di Roti with #SarsoDaSaag with homemade butter – Makkhan & Gur (Jaggery) it’s gonna be incomplete so that’s what we had for our Dinner. The saag was slow cooked to perfection with a perfect balance of spices.

Other stuff worth trying is their Amritsari Aaloo Badi Sabji, Lahori Bharta & Paneer Tikka Masala shown in the picture below combine it with stuffed kulcha & Chrispy Missi Roti

Now a meal is any day incomplete without the Dessert for a good closure. And here you are spoiled with Desi choices – Aata Halwa , Imarti & Maalpua with Rabri. The art of food is in its presentation and the dessert presentation was so Bang on that it was almost impossible to not get tempted by it.

Now you know as a vegetarian what they have to offer from my experience but that’s not it. We could hardly explore 25% of the menu have a look at the detailed Menu
