Curated by #Desiconnoisseurs along with Chef Suraj Chauhan- an unexplored food journey of Bihar where Celebrity Chef Maneesh Srivastava curated an exploration of the secret recipes of their home kitchens of Bihar. Inspired by their grandmother’s style of cooking since childhood, Head to experience the cuisine in all its genuineness and comfort that only a home kitchen can promise.
Every place has its own culture, tradition and food and so does Bihar. The festival has tastefully-done live cooking stations showcasing famed Bihari dishes – Litti Chokha, Ghughni, Jhaal muri and not to be missed Phuchka chaat.








The carefully crafted menu comprises of traditional food, succulently created from fresh ingredients and deftly spiced by our culinary geniuses. The festival is a culinary journey where guests can treat themselves to authentic Bihari delicacies from different regions of Bihar. The most popular Rekaunch and Gatta-curried green peas is from Mithilanchal region. However, Litti Chokha is very famous in parts of Saran which is also known as Bhojpuri region. Also on offer are delectable lamb and fish curries to be enjoyed with rice and selection of traditional breads cooked to order in the restaurant.
