Ingredients
1. 10- 15 almonds
2. 1 glass drinking water
Recipe :
Step 1. Soak the almonds overnight or atleast for 4-6 hours
Step 2 : Take the soaked almonds and throw the water, now in a blender Blend the almonds with 1 glass of water.
Once done you can use a sieve to strain the Mixture. And what you get is Almond milk
Don’t throw the residues, use this in your curry dishes.
Almond milk is ready for serving. You can store it in a glass bottle for using latter.
Its ideal to consume it cold and use it directly from the bottle. Have it in your coffee, shakes, smoothies or with cereals.
