Today I am sharing with you four of my favourite smoothies. I don’t know exactly why, but I am really enjoying them lately. You can always adapt the ingredients to your taste and this is something I really like about smoothies – you can make it exactly to your taste.

CHOCOLATE AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 20 g oats
  • 250 ml chocolate milk (or mix milk and cocoa powder)

STRAWBERRY YOGURT SMOOTHIE

  • 1 banana
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp honey

APPLE AND OATS SMOOTHIE

  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk
  • 1 large apple
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • TOPPINGS: raspberries, cinnamon
