Cranberries is my recently developed Berry love and all thanks to the engaging workshops hosted by #USCranberries with Mister Tikku. This is my 2nd one in a row and I have fallen in love with the tangy sweet taste of cranberries.
Visited Elma’s Bakery at Hauz khas where LBB hosted a Baking Master class with Chef Amit Kumar and what we made with the recipe is here for you to create it.
- Sugar – 200 gms
- Soft butter – 50 gms.
- Egg – 4
- Oil -80 ml
- Wheat flour- 120 gms
- Almond powder- 75 gms
- Baking powder – 5 gms
- Baking Soda – 5 gms
- Dried Cranberries -100gms
So this was as per the recipe guide by the Chef.
Here you go with the method to make those delicious muffins.
Add 200 gms breakfast sugar with 50gms of soft butter. You can use the normal sugar and grind it in powder before mixing with butter and for soft butter either keep it outside or microwave it so that it softens and is easier to mix. Add whole 4 eggs and whisk for 5-10 minutes
Now slowly add oil ( 5-10ml at a time ) and keep whisking.
After 10 minutes of whisking add 120 GM’s Wheat flour, almond powder, baking soda and powder and mix well.
Now it’s time to add the hero Product that’s our Cranberries 🍒
And mix it well.
Now it’s time to bake the yummy mix. Add the mixture carefully in the baking dishes . Garnish it with more cranberries
That’s Master Chef Amit Kumar himself, helping us with the baking of our cranberry Muffins. Put it in oven for 15-20 minutes at 150°c
And after 15 minutes of oven time the delicious muffins are ready to have
