Noida Dining scene is evolving and newer places are making its way to this part of Delhi NCR. From having the biggest Mall to amazing adventure , gaming places this city is growing multifold.Having something new to try and explore has become the DNA of this city , and thankfully there is something new to look for every month if not every weekend.So today I am gonna take you through this new place that doing all the talking in the air, Yes! It’s about “Fly Dining ” in Noida and it’s in the Air.

As the name goes it’s a perfect combination of dine over some adventure. You are lifted 160ft ( Approx. 50 mtrs ) above the ground level with your dining table and seat intact in the structure. For people who have a height phobia need not worry as all you need to do is just focus on your plate and the height won’t bother you unless you look down.The team on board is very well trained to take care of you while they keep you busy with the meals that are served in the air. Music and Light plays around with your mood while you are high.

Please take care of the timing as they start on time and once your slot has gone up in the air it won’t come down.If you arrive earlier to your slot then you can simply hang around in the waiting lounge waiting for your chance

When it’s your turn the team will help you seated and buckle up your seat belt to keep you safe and secure during the entire dining.Let’s come to Food and Pricing :

The food was very nicely plated by the hosts and they kept making it interesting as we were all looking at the plates while they were doing the food for us.

Baked Roomali Paneer Pinwheels :These are very thin wheels of cottage cheese that is infused with ambi jam, strawberry salsa, mint coulis and Flaxseed lavash served with a peice of Bakes rumali on it some red Onions and Beetroot dust adding to the lookIn the same plate there is another dish on the other side served on a bed of spinach

Popeye’s on the Sky : and it literally derives its name from the spinach that it has in the dish. Corn cup with waterchestnut , asparagus, carrots and nuts everything crispy and crunchy

The drink was served before the food.

Apple Kafir lime Caipiroska: eveything is so well presented that you are truly mesmerized. A mocktail made with apple juice , Mint kafir lime concentrate tonic water and Soda. And it complimented the food till the end.

Charred Waterchestnut and Shitake cake : A well curated dish with steamed and pan seared cakes or water chestnuts and Shitake , served with pumpkin seeds and kafir lime dust , with a huober stick on the top.

House made Banana bonda with Spinach Rice : Sometimes you look at the food and you feel like having it, this was the main course and had the Banana bonda in the Thai Curry served with spinach rice and corns and the aroma of this dish was in the air while it was served and perfect flavors .

Last but not the least the Desserts.

Birds Nest in the Air :It’s a Turkish sweet dish that is made with tukish pastry layered with white chocolate , Chocolate ,and red current . And it was truly delicious.

So over all it was a great experience from the food , to the music and presentation of the food and everything about Fly dinning.
