Punjab Grill – Gourmet Fine Dinning

Punjab Grill at Ambience Mall is on the 3rd floor just after the Food court. And the Logo bright and Lit is inviting enough for a Punjabi food lover. Lip smacking Buffet at an amazing price is a great pick for lunch or dinner outings.

Being a north Indian I always crave for north Indian food, when it comes to a choice of cuisine. And Buffet lunch are my all time favorite pick for the choice and variety of food a Buffet offer.

We started our Lunch from the Live chat counter serving my favorite golgappa and Bhalla papri. The chef in service asked for preferences and served the Golgappa with our choice of Golgappa filling and water..

I find a glass of Chaach always more refreshing than a soft drink. And the chilled Masala Chaach was just the right pick after these delicious Golgappas. And off course its healthy too.

After satiating my craving for my kind of food,  we moved on to the starters. Not too many options to spoil you with choice but just good enough to move you quickly to the main course. The Kabab was nicely made and so was Paneer.

I picked a peice of each to taste and then moved to main course

I always look for the options of chutneys, Salads and pickles to compliment my food and this place gave loads options rather more than the options in main course.

And fried green chilli’s  are one of favorite.and here they had lotus stem and karai bhindi also added to it.

in main course had dal Makhani , today’s special palak Paneer loaded with a lot of veggies was super yumm, Pindi chole off course that’s a must at Punjabi restaurant and Paneer a vegetarian delight. Lots of bread options to pick from. I picked a stuffed Kulcha and Lacha parantha.

And then the most interesting part of the entire buffet,  yes the dessert. At times I start from desserts itself. All of my favorite stuff – Kheer, phirni and Gulab jamun and rasgulla , everything fresh and average sweet just perfect to the taste.

Overall a great service as the attendants will keep coming to your table,  taking your  feedback and adding recommendation to the course you are having and asking if you would like to have something. And this they were to everyone insisting on trying few things which are recommended dishes.

During Lunch they have good rush so a reservation is recommended before you drop in else they are very pro in arranging a seat.
