Noida H block is a hub of restaurants in sector 63. I had my office here for 3 years. But over a period of time the dine in options here have evolved and you can find quite a few places here that serve amazing food.
Tawak is a restaurant serving pan Asian cuisine and the name Tawak represents cinnamon in Sanskrit and the food here has got an influence of the entire Asian continent. A beautiful set up spread across 2 floors just above the McDonalds of sector 63. This is a must to try place.
We got to know that they have launched some new exclusive menus with a lot of fusion food. So we were all set to explore the same and Trust me everything was outstanding

# Aam Panna : with onset of Summers this is definitely a mango drink ( read Aam drink) that finds a place in most of the menus.
# Jasmine Tea & Ginger Elixir : Concoction of jasmine tea & ginger with a hint of pomegranate juice. let me make it very clear its not a tea, the flavour of tea is very mild and taken up by the pomergranate juice that gives this drink its color
Don’t miss out on the device next to the drinks, that is waiter on call of a button, making it an excuse me free zone. or may be we can call it silent restaurant.
# Coconut water with Betel leaves and watermelon : this is one of the best and healthiest mock-tail i ever had. coconut water with thinly sliced betel leaves and diced watermelon.
Tandoori Litchi with smoked Pineapple : the entire preparation is done in the tandoor and is made with canned lithi served with garlic nan strips on a platter over a dip.
Tandoori Bharwaan Mushroom : This is one of the speciality here where the mushrooms are marinated , stuffed and coated with papad then put in tandoor , one of the chef special dish and is worth a try. dont miss to check out the stuffing and layering give it a look of a passion fruit.
Chrispy Water Chestnut : This is a thai style dish that is done in chilli sauce and the water chestnut again canned ones are used and deep fried before doing them with Chilli sauce.
Tandoori Rolled Paneer : This is one of the most ultimate dish on presentation and on taste as well. the Paneer is rolled with a creamy filling and dry fruits, the paneer is layered in very thin slices and done in tandoor , simply outstanding.
Lets move to Main course,And the main course was no less but before we moved on to the main course we were served with palate cleanser.
Thai Curry & Kung pao vegetables : delicious Thai curry made with coconut based curry with Lemongrass and basil flavor. along with tossed vegetables.

# Paneer khata pyaaj
# fried rice.
Over all the entire culinary experience was amazing. post having the main course we moved to desserts and we have the following two options
# Walnut topped brownie chocolate sauce with Vanilla ice cream served in a jar.
# Kesar almond Phirni – simply yum
After having such a sumptous meal it calls for a green tea to let all the yummy food settle down

- This place is being operated by people who have worked in the kitchens of Taj Hotel.
- Most of the dishes have an influence of the Taj dishes and few have variations to the Taj menu
- The food here is always prepared fresh so you have to keep patience while ordering , to save on time you should order all at once. and they definitely give you a disclaimer that it may take time.
- Reservation is suggested during the lunch and dinner time over weekends.
- They do not use the oil twice therefore when you consume food here, its tastes fresh and does not give you any gastric trouble like heaviness etc.
