Dessert made from Rawats Churma

The foodie in me is constantly in search of good food at famous points  and after relishing  these delicacies I am always up for recreating them or creating an extension of them in my kitchen.

In my last visit to Jaipur tge team ordered for the famous Rawat’s Lunch from the Rawat mishthan bhandaan. And trust me the quantity was too much,  have a look for yourself.

Two of us could not finish it off. And since the baati also was of 3 different types,  and one of them equivalent to a dessert. I decided not to have the Churma that was also in 3 different flavors. So I kept it in my bag.

When I came back I thought of creating a dessert out of it and here it is we can probably call it “The Twist with Churma ”

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Rawats Churma ( served in Rawats Thali )
  • Wheat flour dough  for 2 laddoos ( size of parantha ball)
  • Ghee to make it into a paratha

Garnishing

  • Chocolate sauce
  • Almond,  raisins and cashew nuts broken into peice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream

Take the wheat floor stuff it with Churma ( this one is made with Rose flavored).  And make into a crispy Parantha.

Now take it off the Tara, put it in a flat plate.

Pour some chocolate sauce making circles,  Add the scoop of vanilla  Ice cream and garnish with more chocolate sauce and the dry fruits. A yummy dessert is ready.

A self proclaimed storyteller who loves food and is a health freak to the core. A person who has got a sense of humor to lighten up the most serious stuff. i love the life as it comes, planning is not my cup of tea since i am coffee lover. I brew my own jokes in all situations and love being my own audience. Happy go lucky is the attitude that i carry around. and i stay away from people who throw attitude(cant understand why they carry the weight of their attitude when all they can do is to throw it on others )
