  7. Sev Usal : This is yet again another vegetarian dish from Vadodara Gujrat. Thankfully we are able to pick few exclusive vegetarian dish and we would rate this one as the spiciest of all. Since this one can be made 20-30 times spicier than any other dish. Sev served with usal that is a curry and further green chutney, red chutney and freshly grinded garam masala is added to your taste as much as you want. This is dish high on protein and is complete food and most common street food in Vadodara. So be set to brace for impact! Before you dig into this mouth-numbing spicy treat that can go spicier and wilder as much as you wish it to be.
  8. Misal Pav : Quintessentially from Pune, this rustic hot and spicy dish is eaten with pao bread. To cut the fire, add some yogurt.So yet another vegetarian dish on the platter from Indian Dishes that are realy very spicy. No wonder Sev usal and Misal pav are a great vegetarian spicy foods and they can be made as per ones taste and tolerance of spices This one is a very common in both Maharastra and Gujrat. Misal is a spicy curry made with mixed sprouts or moth beans (matki) and pav are buns (laadi pav). Misal is garnished with mix farsan (mix chiwda) on the top and also some topped with onion and tomatoes.Misal is made of various kinds and it differs from place to place. The Kolhapuri Misal is the spiciest one also Puneri Misal is spicy and then there is Nagpur Misal, Mumbai Misal etc. Some are served with butter milk or yogurt. Now that’s no brainer to crack why it is served with butter milk. Butter milk is a comfort food and after having such spicy meal water is just not enough so butter milk does the trick of balancing the effect of spices.
