So without any further adieu let’s start with our food for love countdown
Pumpkin

Pumpkin is not only a thing of Halloween but also something for the lovers,Pumpkin is high in fiber and has potassium, “both good for stamina” as well as magnesium, which can help calm nerves and muscles.
A peice of Pumpkin Cake or a Pumpkin Latte not only enhances sounds classy but does great with your love life. We Indian are happy to have the Pumpkin vegetable with poori’s if you are from north side of the
the country you truly get what i Mean,
Celery
Juices with Celery, salads with Celery, if you love for the flavor then you must know celery contains small amounts of androstenone,
which is a male pheromone that women can find attractive in men. But dont ask me how much you need to eat as I dont have that answer.
but I assure you , you will love to share food with Celery with your loved one.
Garlic
We all have had garlic to safeguard ourselves from cold and also to boost our immunity. and If I say Garlic as an aphrodisiac ,You can laugh out loud on me and tell me that can’t be true, and Trust Me, it is at least the researches say so
But science says Garlic is high in allicin which increases blood flow and overall cardiovascular wellness, so do i say more.
Apples
That girl when she bites an apple its not only a test of her dental health but is equally sensuous. Right !

An apple a day keeps the doctor away is known quote for apple which even a kid can tell us, But do you know
this is also recommended by the Love Doctor, Apple is definitely one fruit you may rely when it comes to better sex life.
Saffron
Not only beautiful glowing skin , Saffron adds a lot of colors & flavors to a lot of food be it sweets, briyani or gravy dishes. You will be surprised to know there’s some impressive evidence for saffron’s effect on sex drive.

And the History has it too for Saffron as an aphrodisiac, Cleopatra bathed in saffron-infused milk for its aphrodisiac qualities.Researches shows that
saffron also helps in increasing sperm motility in infertile men and is also a great food for people dealing with depression.
Hot Chilies
There is a reason why a hot girl is referred Mirchi / Teekkhi , capsaicin is the stuff that is responsible for making chilli peppers spicy ,stimulates nerve endings on the tongue, which releases epinephrine (adrenaline),the chemical that increases your heart rate and releases endorphins.
Avocados

Avocados are not only the fashionable or lets say Food from the fashion high street actually also contain high levels of folic acid, vitamin B9
(which provides the body with more energy), and vitamin B6 (which helps increase testosterone production). So cherish the sandwiches, salads or smoothies all of these are going to do good to you.
Bananas

“Go Bananas” should be the only tip for this love fruit. A veg fruit that has more non veg connotations may not be everyone’s favorite fruit but thus fruit has lot more to offer beyond its shape. The high levels of potassium, riboflavin, and vitamin B2 indeed super important to keep your energy levels up and you can peel one anytime you want
Chocolate
If you recall your teenage no proposal was complete without a pack of chocolate’s and that’s not a thing of business boost for Valentines but has a lot to do with love. Well chocolate contains phenylethylamine—a stimulant that elicits excitement and a sense of well-being.The natural caffeine doesn’t hurt either. Dark or mild but chocolate does hold some dark secrets to unlock and boost your love life. And you will agree one break with chocolate toh Banta hai.
Pomegranates

A fruit that’s full of red pearls is something you should start on for a healthy love live. Not only Pomegranate is great for skin and blood which you definitely need but it’s loaded with hell of antioxidants, which are important to decrease inflammation and plaque from building in your arteries and help deliver more blood flow to all areas of your body, including your genitals, need I say more or it’s clear about this fruit. And mind it start this fruit juice today for a rose glow by Valentines.
Almonds/walnuts
If you are in love or carrying your heart on your sleeve to fall in love don’t miss on a pocket full of almonds and Walnuts.

Not only they are needed for a great brain function as you would need to use your brain a lot to remember all the dates to celebrate the anniversaries eventually
But, they’re also a prime source of beneficial fatty acids like omega-3,
which, again, help with hormone production. Walnuts and Almonds are also know to keep the energy levels up and that’s needed, right!
Watermelon
Watermelon is a fruit of summers which you need to take when you feel hot and in this blog we are saying to be hot you will need this fruit and I am pretty serious about it.

watermelon is high in citruline, a phytonutrient, that increases the amount of nitric acid in the body, which in turn increases blood flow, blood vessel relaxation, and rest you can definitely decode. Red in color this fruit can fix a lot of heart matters than you can imagine
Honey
If we do a survey after jaanu and shona , honey is the most used name for spouse thats also a food or let me say only food after laddo people refer their spouse as. So honey is not only sweet like quite literally and metaphorically but This “liquid gold,” contains boron, which helps regulate hormone levels and nitric oxide.

So go ahead take a spoon of honey everyday to keep your throat in perfect shape for a free flowing proposal and also keep the love of your life happy. Just in case you might need energy than Honey also happens to be a source of instant energy.
Coffee
What one thing every couple had on their first date, I am sure the answer is coffee , right!. Undoubtedly coffee should be termed as the dating drink.
Similar to chocolate’s, coffee’s caffeine increases stamina and can elevate mood.

You like it hot or you love it cold but you simply can’t miss this one. So start your love graph with a coffee and let coffee do the talking for you.
Strawberries
If you look at this fruit carefully it looks like a small heart and so is the color But it is precisely loaded with vitamin C, which is important for a great health and alsothe production of sex hormones and chemical neurotransmitters in the brain to increase libido. And now a days vitamin C can help keep our immune system up and fit to fight the on going pandemic.

No wonder this fruit holds a special place across all age groups be it kids or be it adults from Strawberry smoothies to Strawberry flavored condoms are a living proof of this fruits power of love.

I am happy to have your mentioned food on my platter. When I first tried celery 14 years ago, I instantly liked it due to its crunchy texture. I prefer to have it with a dip. They are perfect for any party appetizers.

Amused to see garlic in the list, although I am aware it is an aphrodisiac. Nothing beats chocolate. But this could be a great list for someone trying to experiment.

Very interesting post. While I knew some foods have aphrodisiac properties, I didn’t relaise that there were this many. The humble pumpkin, for example, was revelation.

Wow, Arti this is a very interesting and nutritious list. For the month of love, these food items sound so ideal. I can visualize many of these items on my brunch date or dinner night with my hubby. A cup of coffee in the morning with your loved or an elaborate breakfast menu with these items on a picnic date would also be lovely. Thanks for such a great list, now I can actually plan a menu for my Valentine’s Day
