Now lets come to what vegans eat ?

Veganism is a type of vegetarian diet that excludes meat, eggs, dairy products, and all other animal-derived ingredients. Many vegans also do not eat foods that are processed using animal products, such as refined white sugar and some wines.

  6. That’s such a lovely post. Basically I am non vegetarian. Though, I take vegan food or drink twice a week. For vegan tea or coffee I use homemade Oats milk and that becomes so tasty. Will try others as well.

Though I am an animal lover and have been wanting to go vegan for the longest time, I have been unsuccessful. Main problem is the switch of milk & curd, both of which a staple in my daily diet. I tried various vegan options and did not like them. However, some of your recipes look tempting – will be sure to include some of them with my meals.

I am lactose intolerant but I am not Vegan. Your options for milk are really good but doesn’t almond milk cost a bomb if used daily? and I have seen Vegans who are scrawny. So I have my reservations. Are you vegan?
