Ingredients for Turmeric Spiced Milk

  • 1 Glass Milk
  • Raw Turmeric
  • A piece of Ginger
  • Cinnamon Stick – small peice
  • Fresh Tulsi Leaves
  • Honey to Taste


  • Wash & Peel Ginger & Raw Turmeric , then cut into small pieces
  • Take fresh Tulsi leaves ( 4-5 ) & wash them


  • Take a deep pan and Add the glass of milk and let it boil
  • Add Raw Turmeric , Tulsi leaves & Cinnamon stick & keep boiling
  • When the Milk turns yellow Add ginger
  • Keep boiling the milk for 5 more minutes
  • Seive the Milk in a Mug
  • Add Honey to sweeten the Milk
  • Turmeric Spiced Milk is ready

  10. I grew up listening the magical benefits of turmeric; we used to have haldi milk beforr bedtime, I use to mix turmeric, ginger, and turmeric in milk. I am surely to try your way of turmeric milk this time.
