- 1 Glass Milk
- Raw Turmeric
- A piece of Ginger
- Cinnamon Stick – small peice
- Fresh Tulsi Leaves
- Honey to Taste
- Wash & Peel Ginger & Raw Turmeric , then cut into small pieces
- Take fresh Tulsi leaves ( 4-5 ) & wash them
- Take a deep pan and Add the glass of milk and let it boil
- Add Raw Turmeric , Tulsi leaves & Cinnamon stick & keep boiling
- When the Milk turns yellow Add ginger
- Keep boiling the milk for 5 more minutes
- Seive the Milk in a Mug
- Add Honey to sweeten the Milk
